Ten Illustrations at the Bibliothèque Historique de la Ville de Paris

The Bibliothèque Historique de la Ville de Paris has a collection which specialises exclusively on the History of Paris! These illustrations show case examples of detailed and expressive drawings all relating to French History. Among these images we have an illustration from a French feminist newspaper, ‘The Voice of Women’, we also have a calligraphy portrait of Guillaume Apollinaire, renowned French Poet and a selection of cartoons portraying political scandals.
