With its beautiful tree-lined landscapes and reputed high quality of life, it’s no wonder that all things Finnish have been trending the last few months.
Finns achieved independence on the 6th of December 1917, during the Russian Revolution. The centenary forms the opportunity for a party, as well as being an occasion for contemplation and insight – understanding the way the nation emerged, but also gazing ahead to see what Finland can still become.
The theme for the celebratory year is ‘Together’ – encouraging everyone to take part!
