The 2017 colour, Greenery, is a “refreshing and revitalizing shade”, symbolic of new beginnings, fitting given the cultural and political upheavals felt throughout 2016.

“Greenery bursts forth in 2017 to provide us with the reassurance we yearn for amid a tumultuous social and political environment. Satisfying our growing desire to rejuvenate and revitalize, Greenery symbolizes the reconnection we seek with nature, one another and a larger purpose.” – Leatrice Eiseman Executive Director, Pantone Color Institute

Greenery sits in stark contrast to last year’s double-pick: Rose Quartz, a blush pink, and Serenity, a dusty blue.
